Simple Optimism

            Do you think negative out of habit?  Do you find yourself expecting something bad without any clear reason why?  This is destructive because it takes over your life.  It affects your state of mind, how you feel emotionally and pretty much you entire life.  When you're stuck in this kind of mind set, it is impossible for there to be any hope that something good could happen.  The good part about this is that habits are made to be broken.  All you need is a little effort and practice.  Here are three suggestions for learning how to be more optimistic in some simple ways.

Journey Into Your Spirit

                What comes to mind when you think of someone being on a spiritual journey?  Do you always envision the monk on a mountaintop who never says a word?  That could certainly be someone's journey, but every path is different.  All of us are on a journey to find the one thing that resonates within our spirit.  Beginning a journey into your spirit does not mean you have to give away everything you have, shave your head and walk a thousand miles in sandals.  You can live your everyday life and still be in touch with your spirit.

I don’t write many reviews on this blog.  Only when something really catches my attention and I feel the need to let you all know that I have found a gem.  I had to tell you about a new report I read.  The whole discussion that follows the “Self-Improvement - Is it any use or a waste of time and resources debate,” now has a new report to argue over.  But this one is different.  HeadPaint, a new report by Randy Smith, seems to have been written with both sides in mind.  It is for those that are constantly trying different approaches to self help via the latest buzz words of 'The Law Of Attraction' or the more traditional 'Positive Mental Attitude' and right down to simple 'Goal Setting'.  The report offers new insights into why some people seem to have such success with techniques often discussed and taught, and yet why others following similar paths fail time and time again.  So for those who are fans of self-improvement (that would be me and you obviously), this report it will make fascinating reading and could lead to an easier application of principles often held up as the be all and end all.  Anything which makes understanding simpler and easier to accomplish can surely be nothing but a helpful addition to anyone's library. . . . >>> READ MORE
